About 'Busman's Holiday'.

I've been travelling abroad in search of birds since 1979. After years of working in "proper" jobs I became a birding tour leader, guiding mainly in South America.

In recent years I've combined tour leading with ecology work in the UK, carrying out bird surveys, mainly in Scotland.

After a short "sabbatical" I'm leading a few more tours again and photos from these, previous tours and other so-called "holidays" will appear here from time to time.
